Tori Richter has been an associate of American Trust & Savings Bank since June 1986 and is

currently a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking. Responsibilities include developing

and managing relationships with commercial banking clients, with an emphasis in lending and

cash management tools. She received her B.A. from Loras College with a major in finance and

music, and has graduated from the National Commercial Lending Graduate School and the

Graduate School of Banking.
